While Adult/sexual education is limited in Nigeria, a new video of a Nigerian nurse during antenatal class teaching pregnant women what to do to make delivery easy for them has started going viral.
In the clip, the Nigerian nurse said that engaging in missionary style of bedroom activity during pregnancy is not good at all, telling them to prioritize better styles for safe delivery.
Speaking further to the pregnant woman during the antenatal class, the Nigerian nurse advised them to engage in d@ggy style where their backside will be pulled out and the man will struck in his manhood and that was just the begining.
The professional nurse added that pregnant woman should try singer Oxlade method where they will be on the top of the husband during bedroom activity.
She added that with all these examples no matter how long the gbola is, it can never reach the uterus side.
