POS agent mounts camera after months of missing money, catches colleague stealing (VIDEO)
A Nigerian POS agent who had been experiencing mysterious losses of cash for months finally uncovered the thief by mounting a hidden camera at her workstation.
The discovery was shared in a post on the popular social media platform X (formerly Twitter).
In the video, the agent’s colleague can be seen stealing money from the drawer where POS funds were kept.
According to the post, the victim revealed that she had been noticing unexplained shortages in her POS funds for several months.
Suspicious of foul play, she decided to place her phone camera discreetly on top of the counter to monitor the area.
The caption on the video read: “My colleague always goes to my drawer to steal our POS money, so I decided to mount my phone camera on the counter—and I got her.”
“She has been stealing for months now and we didn’t know.”
