A businesswoman recently had a heated disagreement with a client who attempted to pay for her service at a hotel using multiple bundles of ₦10 notes.
She firmly rejected the payment, insisting on receiving “real money” or a bank transfer instead.
The incident, which has gone viral on X (formerly Twitter), shows the businesswoman expressing her frustration.
She made it clear that she would not accept the cash in such a low denomination.
“Where do I want to spend this?” she questioned. “It’s either you give me real money or you do a transfer. Let me see the alert before I leave here, else you wouldn’t like it. I know it’s real money, but what do I do with it? How do I spend it?”
Despite the client insisting there was nothing wrong with the money and urging her to accept it, she stood her ground.
