A video surfaced capturing a Kenyan woman undergoing corporal punishment with a cane on allegations of infidelity with a Boda Boda rider.
As reported by Twitter influencer Omwamba, the woman, originally from Teso, was reportedly caught engaging in infidelity with a Boda Boda man by her husband.
In a bid to cleanse her household, restore honour to her family and spouse, and uphold traditional values, village elders opted for public corporal punishment as a form of retribution, mercilessly lashing her with a cane.
